Refund Policy
When and how we refund
1. When you're eligible
Refund or replacement is available if: the code is invalid, the top-up was not delivered within 24 hours, or the product is materially different from what was advertised.
2. When you're not eligible
You provided a wrong game ID/UID, the code was already used, or the publisher banned your account for unrelated reasons.
3. How to request
Open a support ticket or WhatsApp us within 24 hours of order. Include your order number and a screenshot of the error.
4. Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 48 hours back to your original payment method (JazzCash/Easypaisa/Bank/Raast).
5. Replacement option
If you prefer, we can replace a faulty code instead of refunding.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first โ chargebacks initiated without notice may result in your account being suspended.
