How we handle your data

Account info (name, email, phone), order history, game IDs you provide for top-ups, and basic device/analytics data.
2. How we use it
To deliver your orders, process payments, send order updates, answer support tickets, and improve the service.
3. What we don't do
We never sell your data. We don't share your game IDs with anyone except the official distributor needed to deliver your top-up.
4. Payment data
Card numbers are processed by our payment partners. Toolmandi never stores full card numbers.
5. Cookies
We use minimal cookies for login sessions and cart persistence. No third-party advertising cookies.
6. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account. Email privacy@toolmandi.store.
7. Children
Toolmandi is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
8. Retention
We keep order data for 5 years for tax and dispute purposes. Account data is kept while your account is active.
9. Security
All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are hashed. Database access is restricted and logged.
10. Updates
We'll notify you of material changes by email or banner notice before they take effect.
